Siliconic Superhighway
Quantum Foam//QNTMFM performs the Swedish premiere of Siliconic Superhighway, an electronic solo set venturing into the speculative fiction of silicon-based lifeforms. The work presents a visual and sonic journey centering on the diatom, the organosilicon life form which weaves us through five ecological stages: submarine, earth, living sand, dust, and not-earth.

Quantum Foam//QNTMFM is Edy Fung’s project that explores noise and information transmission from de-anthropocentric perspectives, through machine interpretations of material and spatial memories via first-hand found sounds, field recordings and electromagnetic interference.
